Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS or email so you can track your package.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
